The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre in an area full of restaurants and easy to reach by buses. As far as the Hotel is concerned I can assure that it is very cosy, family-run and very quiet. The owners are always willimg to accept as far as possible the needs of the guests. I was extremely pleased with the service. Strongly reccomended.

"Unforgettable in Florence"

An unforgettable experience in Florence. The city, its history, its hospitality.This last point has made unique my passage through the habits and relax in those days. The owner, Mr. Domenico, can turn every expections of yours into reality with his typical kindness from the old days, with a well trained staff, some of them English mother-rongue, with the cosy and spick and span rooms, full of every comfort and with that family atmosphere that makes you feel protected from any eventuality.

"Fantastic!!"

We spent here our new year's eve in a really nice warm feeling and with a very kind and well-mannered owner. Rooms are clean, full of every comfort and spacious.. Good breakfast with brioches and fresh bread every morning. The hotel is close to the city centre within walking distance or you can take bus #11 or bus #17 to reach it. We'll definetely come back.

"Quality and courtesy"

We spent a relaxing weekend in this hotel, in the centre of Florence where we were warmly received by a very helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast, fresh brioches and, for those who prefer savory things, fresh ready-sliced salami. Thanks to the Hotel location, it's been very easy for us to visit the center of the city. 10 minutes by buses and 20 minute walk. We'll definetely come back.

"An excellent surprise"

I am a volleyball coach and an owner of several B&Bs in Puglia who accidentaly enjoyed this functional structure run by the exquisite Mr. Domenico. Excellent location, walking distance from the city centre and bus stops. near the football stadium. Clean, convenient, you can get a good night’s sleep in beautiful rooms, with the kindness and competence of Mr. Domenico, the owner, always ready to help, all at an amazing price for Florence. An excellent solution and a fantastic surpise. I'll go there again.

"I'd go back there"

I've been there with a friend of mine on the occasion of Renato Zero concert. We've been there for three days and I am particularly satisfied: large room, nice bathroom excellent location full of buses to get to the centre of the city. Fantastic breakfast. The owner is a very nice, friendly and helpful person. Should you ever happen to go to Florence, make a reservation at the Hotel Emma...is top!
